Biography
The son of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Igor Grigorievich Zelvensky, associate professor of the Department of Higher Mathematics, St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University. In 1995 he graduated from St. Petersburg Classical Gymnasium No. 610 . [1] In 2002, he graduated from the Faculty of History of St. Petersburg State University with a degree in modern history.
