Trachypteris

Palearctic : Europe , Transcaucasia , Kazakhstan , Russia , North Africa.

Bronze-colored goldfish with yellow spots on the elytra. Length 10-14 mm. ^[one]

Belongs to the tribe Melanophilini Bedel, 1921 ( Buprestinae ). In the genus, several taxa in status are distinguished from species and subspecies to their complete synonymization in one form. ^{[2] [3]}
