Mohali ( C -Panj. ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ; Eng. Mohali ) is a district in the Indian state of Punjab . Established in 2006 . The administrative center is the city of Mohali . The area of the district is 1093 km². According to the 2001 All-India Census, the district’s population was 698,317.
