CULV

Consumer Ultra-Low Voltage (CULV) is a computer platform developed by Intel . The rival platforms are VIA Nano , AMD Yukon, Nile, and Nvidia's GeForce graphics chips as part of the NVIDIA Ion platform project. Because of their low power consumption and heat dissipation, CULV allows you to create very thin computer systems with a long battery life in portable computers.

Although the first processors in this category were single-core (for example, the SU3500), new CULV processors are dual-core (for example, the SU9600). All of them are based on the architecture of Intel Core 2 or Westmere .
