History
The appearance of the village of Visim was associated with the construction of the Motovilikhinsky smelter in 1736. Later, in 1780, workers from the closed Visim plant (today the Dobryansky district ) were transferred to this plant. Their settlement gave the name to the village, which later became a neighborhood.
