Musical career
Jeremy is the sibling of the band's vocalist Justin Furstenfeld . He was invited to the group for the role of drummer at a time when Blue October was preparing for their first performances. Despite the fact that Jeremy had practically no experience in playing the drums, he quickly studied and added to the composition of the group.
Personal life
Jeremy lives in San Marcos, Texas with his wife Meredith in her spare time on tour.
The Forstenfeld brothers are each other's best friends, and Justin has repeatedly dedicated songs to his older brother. For example, for him he wrote the song For My Brother , and in the text Overweight there are words: “I want my brother to know that he saved my life thousands of times, for many years he was the friend who was always there.” In his interviews, Justin says that Jeremy is the person who maintains his spirit during the tour.
