Initial Career
After completing his career, Arzumanyan headed the Yerevan " Ararat ". His coaching activities at Ararat coincided with the crisis that arose in the club. In 2004, “Ararat” merged with the Kapan club “ Lernagorts ”. Under the name "Lernagorts-Ararat", the team played in the 2004 championship . After the first round, the first word was beaten off the name and “Ararat” remained. However, the game of the once great club was depressing. Under the leadership of the young specialist Arzumanyan, “Ararat”, who was on the 2nd line, after several games found himself out of prize places. As a result, “Ararat” took 4th place. Arzumanyan left the club. After a break, he leads Ulysses . Having worked a little, leaves the club's location. In the same year, he hosted Dynamo Yerevan, playing in the First League . Dynamo were the only participants in the league who had the opportunity to enter the Premier League . As a result, Dynamo took 4th place in the table and entered the elite, but the club was further disbanded.
Ulysses
Arzumanyan moved again to the Ulysses camp in Yerevan, now in the role of assistant coach Suren Barseghyan . In the spring of 2008, at a press conference were presented: head coach, his assistants, newcomers to the club. Among the newcomers was Arzumanyan. In the first 4 rounds, the team was defeated three times, as a result of this Barseghyan was dismissed, and Arzumanyan was replaced in his place. That year , Ulysses performed as far as possible, taking a place in the middle of the table. But a year later, the Arzumanyan squad became a real sensation, having won the bronze of the championship [1] . Moreover, the 3rd place the team staked out for itself two more rounds before the end of the championship. Moreover, Ulysses striker Arthur Kocharyan became the top scorer of the season. In early 2010, the team went through some rearrangements. At a press conference held on March 22, the club introduced the new president, captain and newcomers to the club [2] [3] . Arzumanyan instilled the spirit of the winners in the game of his team. That season, a minimum was achieved in the goal in which the team repeated last year’s success having won the bronze of the championship . And at the end of the next season, Arzumanyan became a triumph, leading his wards to the gold medals of the Armenian championship, breaking the “ Pyunik ” hegemony.
However, the next season did not work out for Arzumanyan. The team from the first round started the championship is very bad. After 18 rounds, the team took 6th place in the standings. After another training session, Arzumanyan decided to resign from his post. First of all, he informed the players of the team about his decision, and then he filed a request for the removal of the head coach [4] . The statement was satisfied by the club management, and Arzumanyan was withdrawn, moving to the post of technical director in the club system. For the position of head coach with a prefix(acting) instead of Arzumanyan, the manager of " Shengavit " Karen Barseghyan was appointed [5] .
