Content
Story
The main character of the picture is the Villain (Billy Zane), a criminal recidivist, extremely inadequate and mentally abnormal, escapes from a mental hospital, commits crimes, robs a bank, loses money stolen, because he is inadequate and stupid, rushes to search for lost money, commits more and more new crimes .
It is noteworthy that there are no sane dialogues in the film, instead the film is filled with music and sounds, which in principle does not make the film incomprehensible.
