Geographical position

Origin

Name etymology
According to the legend, a girl who did not survive the death of her fiance hanged herself on a bush that grew on the shore of the lake. This place was called “the bush of rock” (bush of fate). The lake became known as Kustroka, but over time, due to inconvenience in pronunciation, the name changed to “Kustorka”.
Lake use and protection
The lake is located in the Tumbotinsky complex state reserve. In the future - the organization here is a specially protected area "Pavlovskoye Eternal." On the shores of the lake is located hostel "Kustorka" and the resort year-round action "Sunny".
