Club career
Hanley is a graduate of the English club Blackburn Rovers , in the Academy of which he has been studying since 2008.
In April 2010, Grant was transferred to his first squad for his impressive play in the “tramps”, where he received a t-shirt with the number “31 ″.
Hanley’s Blackburn adult debut was held on May 9, 2010, when, in the final round of the England Championship of the 2009/10 season, his team at the Villa Park stadium played with Aston Villa from Birmingham . Team Scotland
In September 2009, Hanley made his debut in the Scottish national team (under 19) . Already in November, Grant was elected captain of the Tartan. Spent seven games for the national team of this age [5] .
In November 2010, the 18-year-old Hanley was called to the youth team of Scotland for a friendly match against peers from Northern Ireland [6] . In the same fight that took place on November 17, Grant made his debut in the first composition of the “youth team” [7] . In February 2011, Hanley was first called up under the banner of the first Scotland team for the National Cup match against the Northern Ireland team [8] .
