Potentilla megalantha takeda

Potentilla krupnotsvetkovaya grows from a fleshy rhizome, reaches a height of 20 - 30 cm, bright yellow flowers appear in June. It is used as an ornamental plant in flowerbeds and alpine slides, including as a groundcover.

In the wild, it is found in the Far East - Kamchatka , the Kuril Islands , Sakhalin , in Japan , Korea and China .
