Biography
He was born in 1923 in the settlement of Morkvino (now it is Chernyanka , Morkvino - one of the micro-districts of the village of Chernyanka of the Belgorod region ) of the Chernyanskaya volost of the Novooskol district of the Kursk province in a working class family. Ukrainian .
