Rodniki (until 1948 Chokrak ; Ukrainian Rodniki , Crimean-Tat. Çoqraq, Chokrak ) - a village in the Belogorsky district of the Republic of Crimea , is part of the Zemlyanichnensky rural settlement (according to the administrative-territorial division of Ukraine - the Zemlyanichnensky rural council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea ).

Current status
For 2017, there is 1 street in Rodniki - Yesenina [15] ; in 2009, according to the village council, the village occupied an area of 6.5 hectares on which, in 16 yards, 40 people lived [13] . The springs are connected by bus with the district center and neighboring settlements [16] .
Geography
Rodniki is a small village in the east of the region, in the mountains of the Inner Range of the Crimean Mountains , at the source of the Tashlyksu River, the right tributary of Kuchuk-Karasu . The village lies at the southwestern foot of the Kubalach mountain range [17] , the height of the village center above sea level is 343 m [18] . Neighboring villages: Russkoye 2 km north (in the direction of Simferopol ) along the highway and Sinekamenka - 3.5 km south into the mountains. The distance to the district center is about 18 kilometers (along the highway) [19] , to the nearest railway station of Feodosia - about 54 kilometers [20] . Transport communication is carried out along the regional highway 35K-003 Simferopol - Feodosiya [21] (according to the Ukrainian classification - P-23 [22] ).
History
For the first time, the settlement was mentioned in the census materials of 1926, where, according to the List of settlements of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic according to the All-Union Census on December 17, 1926 , on the Chokrak hamlet, the Koktash village council of the Karasubazar district, which had been abolished by 1940 [23] , included 7 yards, all peasant, the population was 35 people, including 31 Russian, 3 Ukrainians and 1 Greek [10] .
After the liberation of Crimea , on August 12, 1944, Resolution No. GOKO-6372s “On the Relocation of Collective Farmers to the Crimean Areas” was adopted, pursuant to which immigrants were brought to the region: 6,000 people from the Tambov and 2100 Kursk Regions , including Ortalan [24 ] , and in the early 1950s a second wave of immigrants from various regions of Ukraine followed [25] . Since June 25, 1946, Chokrak as part of the Crimean region of the RSFSR [26] . By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of May 18, 1948, Chokrak was renamed Rodniki [27] (direct translation of the Crimean Tatar name [13] ). April 26, 1954 the Crimean region was transferred from the RSFSR to the Ukrainian SSR [28] . The time of re-subordination to the Bogatovsky village council has not yet been established: on June 15, 1960, the village was already included in its composition, as well as in 1977 [29] . With reference to the Zemlyanichnensky Village Council, there is also no clarity. According to the 1989 census , 58 people lived in the village [11] . Since February 12, 1991, a village in the restored Crimean ASSR [30] , on February 26, 1992, was renamed the Autonomous Republic of Crimea [31] . Since March 21, 2014 - as part of the Republic of Crimea of Russia [32] .
