Marie Louise Corridon (married Mortell ); February 5, 1930 , Norwalk , Connecticut , USA - May 26, 2010 , Norwalk, Connecticut, USA) - American swimmer , Olympic champion in the Games in London (1948) in the relay 4 × 100 m freestyle.

She started swimming at the age of 5. In 1948, she won the US Championship in a 100-yard freestyle race. In the same year, at the Games in London, as a member of the national team, she won the relay 4 × 100 m with a final Olympic record (4: 29.2). In 1950, she again excelled at the U.S. Championship at a distance of 100 yards.
At the end of her sports career, she worked in the apparatus of the United States Olympic Committee, and then as executive secretary at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center . Upon returning to Norwalk, she worked as a public relations representative for the local hospital.
