Features of national fishing

General Ivolgin , the huntsman Kuzmich, Leva Soloveichik and the company, familiar to the audience from the film “ Features of the National Hunt ”, go fishing. They are joined by the newly appointed new district prosecutor. Having gone to sea, with the help of vodka, the heroes lost their course and ended up on the territory of a neighboring state - Finland . In a private hotel on the shores of the Gulf of Finland, which the "fishermen" first mistook for Kuzmich’s 13th cordon, drinking continues. Having woken up in the morning, sobering up and realizing that they are illegally abroad, the fishing participants flee back to Russia, in a hurry forgetting 16 boxes of vodka in the hotel. On the way back, Sergeant Semenov joins them, having lost friends and attracted border guards to help. At the first and perhaps the only attempt to go fishing, the unlucky prosecutor is slightly injured - he puts his finger on the hook. Sergey Olegovich, whom his wife left, is trying to find a mermaid. The general equips everyone to make dumplings, and when Soloveichik brought factory dumplings, he plunges into reading books on philosophy and cooking and practically falls out of adventure. The "fishermen" are faced with a new task - to return honestly purchased vodka. Russian sailors and the Malyutka submarine help them in this (which were two ultra-small submarines of Project 865 Piranha ) ^[1] . The police came to the hotel, and its owners face the charge of smuggling alcohol. Finnish police noticed a protruding periscope and tried to detain the boat by tying it to the pier. Using the power of the submarine and sacrificing the saved vodka for fuel, the heroes go to sea, taking with them a pier with a Finn , which is another acquaintance from the last film - Raivo. He did not participate in fishing, but he was asked to release a woman locked in a barn by a prosecutor. At the same time, the prosecutor and sergeant Semenov go out to sea to clear their conscience to fish, but due to the inept use of explosives, the Kuzmich longboat is drowned. With the support of border guards, the mountain fishermen are being pulled out, and while searching for the longboat, the divers manage to pick up a wooden box containing cognac from the time of Napoleon . The ship, which divers took for the longboat, sank back in the Napoleonic wars .

In the end, all the heroes swim on a towed pier, drink brandy and discuss their “fishing”. Kuzmich even invites Raivo to his cordon to go fishing there.

• For almost all the drinks, the heroes prefer the Harvest vodka to almost the entire film, smoke and treat the Finnish guests with Peter I cigarettes, and use exclusively North West GSM mobile services.
• In a Finnish hotel, the general reads the Kaleidoscope newspaper. Even before the film was released, Buldakov appeared in the advertisement of this newspaper as his hero.
