History
The municipality of the village of Mstera was founded on May 16, 2005 in accordance with the Law of the Vladimir Region No. 62-OZ [3] . It included territories of the urban-type village of Mstera and former rural districts: Barsko-Tatarovsky, Vyazovsky and Stankovsky .
