It is part of the Karaichevsky rural settlement .
History
In 1874, the Karaichev and Parshin farms were founded on the site of the current village. In 1906, due to harsh environmental conditions (abundance of sand and frequent winds), they were transferred to the other side of the Chir River.
In 1930, an experienced forestry appeared here. Its employees carried out activities to create normal conditions for the life of people. A comprehensive development of sandy lands was carried out, a system of forest stands was formed [1] .
