Biography
Born on October 5, 1914 . He graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. A. S. Bubnov in 1939 . In 1955, he defended a dissertation at the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU on the theme “The struggle of V. I. Lenin against subjectivism and bourgeois objectivism in political economy (at the end of the 19th century)” for the degree of candidate of economic sciences [1] .
In 1962, he was appointed rector of the Kaluga State Pedagogical Institute. During the leadership of the university, N. A. Rybin was building a new educational building of KSPI along Stepan Razin Street. In 1963, the KSPI was named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky . At the institute he taught classes in economics [2] .
For five years, N. A. Rybin headed the regional society “ Knowledge ”.
He died on May 12, 1997 in Kaluga.
