Shi Yuejun ( Chinese р п , pinyin : Shí Yuèjūn ; March 5, 1971 - December 20, 2006 ) is a Chinese serial and mass killer who killed 12 people in 5 days.

Murders
He worked as a butcher. Between September 24 and 29, 2006, Shi Yuejun killed 12 people and wounded four in the city of Tonghua in the Chinese province of Jirin . They tried to arrest him for the murder of 8 people. 14,000 people were involved in the capture, including 2,000 police officers. He was detained in a corn field, where, with resistance, he killed several more people. He was arrested on September 29, 2006 and sentenced to death on November 26 . Shi explained the deed as "revenge for his humiliation on the part of society." On December 20, 2006, Shi was executed.
