Biography
Born April 26, 1969 in Moscow.
In 1990 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military-Political School of Air Defense named after Yu. V. Andropova .
From 1990 to 1994 he served in the missile defense forces .
In 1997 he graduated from the Humanitarian Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation .
In 2000, he completed graduate school at the Military University [1] and there, under the scientific supervision of a doctor of philosophical sciences, professor R. M. Timoshev, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of philosophical sciences on the topic “Epistemological and Axiological Functions of Military Symbols” (specialty 09.00. 01 - Ontology and the theory of knowledge). The official opponents are Doctor of Philosophy, Professor V. S. Gorbunov and Candidate of Philosophy, Professor V. V. Dibizhev .
