Biography
Viktor Alekseevich Artamonov was born on October 9, 1873.
In 1890 he graduated from the Simbirsk Cadet Corps , in 1892 - Pavlovsk Military School , and in 1900 - the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff .
He served in the Life Guards Volyn Regiment .
In 1901, Viktor Artamonov was appointed Senior Adjutant of the 15th Infantry Division Headquarters, the following year Assistant Senior Adjutant and in 1904 - Senior Adjutant of the Odessa Military District Headquarters.
He worked as a military agent from 1907 to 1909 in Greece and from 1909 to 1918 in Serbia .
From 1919 to 1920, Viktor Alekseevich Artamonov was the representative of the Commander-in-Chief of the Volyn Soviet Social Democratic Party , Denikin , and then the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Army Wrangel in Belgrade .
In 1920, he actively participated in the relocation to Serbia and the organization of 3 Russian cadet corps and 2 women's institutions, then served in the army of the CXC Kingdom .
Victor Artamonov died on August 23, 1942 .
