Biography
She was born on January 15, 1915 in a village of Khashki (now the Palkinsky district of the Pskov region) in a peasant family.
She graduated from the 4th grade of the school. Since 1928 she worked as a working flax mill in the village of Novaya Usitva in the Palkinsky district, since 1931 she worked as an accountant and head of a dairy farm on the Ilyich Way collective farm. From 1958 until retirement - the foreman of the integrated (field) team. After retirement she continued to work as a team leader on the Ilyich Way collective farm.
Member of the CPSU . She was elected a delegate to the XXII Congress of the CPSU , a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR , a delegate to the III All-Union Congress of Collective Farmers; Deputy Novousitovskogo Village Council, worked in the Commission on Agriculture.
She died on August 19, 1993 in the village of New Usitva, Palkinsky district . Buried there.
Memory
A bust of N.V. Vasilyeva was installed in the village of Palkino (July 2001).
