Emil Adolf Oscar Fröhlich ( German: Emil Adolf Oskar Frölich , November 23, 1843 , Bern - July 6, 1909 , Berlin ) - German electrical engineer, specialist in the field of telegraphy, electrochemistry, he headed the Siemens and Halske laboratory in Berlin .
