Biography
Born on August 6, 1923 in the village of Kashino, Gryazovetsky district, Vologda region , in a peasant family, Russian, education - 4 classes.
In the Red Army and at the front in World War II since December 1941 , gunner of the 28th Guards Cavalry Regiment machine gun ( 6th Guards Cavalry Division , 3rd Guards Cavalry Corps , 3rd Belorussian Front ).
August 14, 1944 awarded the Order of Glory 3 degrees.
March 6, 1945 , for his feat in battle on the outskirts of the city of Wormditt (now Orneta , Poland ), he was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.
On June 29, 1945 he was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree, also awarded with medals. Demobilized in 1946 , returned to his native village, worked on a collective farm.
Died September 25, 1946 , buried in Vologda
