Garajalar ( Georgian. ყარაჯალარი - Karadzhalari , azerb. Qaracalar ) is a village in the Gardaban municipality of Georgia . Located in the southeast of the country. The village is located 4-6 km from the capital of Tbilisi and 35 km from the border with Azerbaijan . 99% of the inhabitants of the village are Azerbaijanis. The population is mainly engaged in agriculture and trade. In Garajalar, there is one secondary school in which there are two sectors: Georgian and Azerbaijani. Also in Garajalar there is a mosque.
