Mikhail Fedorovich Vorotynsky (d. Before 1483 ) is the Verkhovian specific prince from the Vorotynsky clan.
Mikhail was the eldest son of Fyodor Lvovich and Novgorod-Seversky Princess Mary Koributovna, daughter of Prince Dmitry-Koribut Olgerdovich . Together with his brothers Dmitry and Semyon, Mikhail Fedorovich ruled the Principality of Vorotyn . After the death of their father, the brothers Mikhail, Dmitry and Semyon received the Vorotynsky principality jointly, each of the three brothers owned part (a third) of the fatherly principality. Mikhail Fedorovich Vorotynsky died early and the management of his shares in the Principality of Vorotynsky passed to his only son Ivan Vorotynsky (d. 1535 ).
