Biography

Parents of Serge Avedikyan were born in France , they were descendants of refugees from Turkey who survived the genocide of Armenians . In 1947, under the influence of the propaganda of Stalin and Maurice Torez , the Avedikyan family repatriated to Soviet Armenia , where on December 1, 1955, Serge Avedikyan was born in Yerevan . Living in the Armenian SSR, Serge attended a French school in Yerevan . When he was 15 years old his family decided to return to France . From an early age, Serge Avedikyan had a craving for art, while attending college he participated in amateur productions. After completing his studies at the Mondon Conservatory of Dramatic Arts , he arrived in Paris in 1971 , where he began working with students at the Paris Conservatory [1] .

In 1976, Serge Avedikyan and a group of like-minded people organized in a theater troupe, after which they created several theatrical productions. At the same time, in addition to working in the theater, he also acted in films. In 1988 , continuing his creative activity, Serge Avedikyan founded his own film studio [2] .
