The flag was approved on February 28, 2007 by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Tashirovskoye rural settlement No. 3/16 [1] and entered in the State Heraldry Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 3133.
On October 30, 2012, by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the rural settlement of Tashirovskoye No. 7/31 [2] , the name of the previous decision (“On the flag of the municipality“ The rural settlement of Tashirovskoye in the Naro-Fominsk municipal district of the Moscow Region ””) was changed to “On the establishment of the flag of the rural settlements Tashirovskoye Naro-Fominsk district of the Moscow region ", and also approved a new" Regulation "on the flag of the municipality.
Description
“The flag of the rural settlement of Tashirovskoye is a rectangular cloth with a 2: 3 aspect ratio divided diagonally from the top of the pole to the bottom of the free edge into equal red and green parts bearing along the line of division a white sword and a yellow wreath from the coat of arms of the settlement.”
Justification of Symbols
The flag is based on the coat of arms of the rural settlement of Tashirovskoye according to the rules and relevant traditions of vexillology and reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
The rural settlement of Tashirovskoye unites with other settlements of the Naro-Fominsk district that during the Great Patriotic War in 1941 a defense line of Moscow passed here. The fierce bloody battles, which are reminded of more than 10 fraternal burials on the territory of the settlement, ended with the complete victory of our people. In these places Hero of the Russian Federation Vera Voloshina , a friend of Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya, performed her feat (a stela was erected in honor of this feat). On the flag of the settlement, the feat of arms is symbolically reflected in the form of a raised sword and a wreath of glory covering this sword.
The wreath is not only a tribute to the fallen (which the laurel part of the wreath symbolizes), but also a tribute to the workers of villages and villages for their hard peasant labor (part of the wreath of wheat ears).
The beauty of these places, where there are many sanatoriums and health facilities, is shown in red on the flag, and the agricultural orientation of the settlement's production is green.
Red color is a symbol of courage, life-affirming power and beauty, a holiday.
Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, hope.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, clarity, openness.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, magnanimity, wealth.
