Work Biography
He began his career in 1943 after graduating from the Ishimbay Vocational School as a driller of the Ishimbayneft trust.
- Worker, assistant driller, driller, drilling foreman at the drilling office No. 2 of the Tuymazaburneft trust (1944-1964); worked in Western Siberia (1964-1988).
- In 1953, the Allayarov brigade reached a speed of drilling trunks up to 1800 meters per month, then up to 3000 meters.
In 1954, the Allayarov brigade fulfilled a one and a half year plan by drilling 20,427 m of rocks.
For outstanding successes achieved in the development of the oil and gas industry, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 19, 1959, R. Kh. Allayarov was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
Since 1964 he took part in the development of the Nefteyugansk field in the Tyumen region.
In 1965 - 1987, he worked in Nefteyugansk as a master in the elimination of accidents.

Memory
A street in the city of the October Republic of Bashkortostan is named after Richard Allayarov.
