In 268, Patern served as a consul with Marinian [1] . In the inscriptions of his consulate is marked as the second. He can be identified with Aspasius Patern , who served as proconsul of Africa in the 257/258 year, and with the prefect of Rome in 264-266, Patern. More about him is unknown.
