Official Organization

Since the beginning of 2012, the Tulgorelectrotrans MCP has been exclusively operating the city bus network. The company's bus fleet is located in the former tram depot No. 1 .

History

The Tula bus was the first public transport launched in the city after the establishment of Soviet power. In the early years, converted trucks were used. The first real bus was a 14-seater AMO on the chassis of an American truck, White.

The first bus route ran along the central streets of the city from Kaminskaya Street to Kursky (now Moskovsky) Station. In the same year, a bus was launched in Zarechye (a few years later the first tram lines will run along these routes).

In 1933, a specialized bus fleet was opened on Krestinskaya Street (now the Comintern). The total length of routes by that time had increased to 18.6 km. In the late 1920s - early 1930s, buses ran on five city and one suburban routes (Tula - Yasnaya Polyana ). With the rapid development of the tram and its coverage of all areas of the city, buses switched to suburban routes to Shchekino , Krapivny , Sevryukovo , Plekhanovo .

The poor condition of the roadway led to the fact that already in 1934 the bus fleet had only 4 cars available. The situation was somewhat improved in the prewar years. During the war years, all buses were mobilized for the needs of the front, and the bus service was resumed only in 1946 . 20 buses came to the city. For their maintenance, a motorcade was created on Soifer Street.

In 1948, the passenger motorcade was transferred to a garage on Comintern Street. There were 65 buses GAZ-03-30 , ZIS-5 , ZIS-8 in the convoy. At the beginning of 1949, ZIS-154 buses arrived in the city. By 1951, four bus lines operated in Tula. By 1957, the bus fleet grew to 170 units.

As the development of Tula, the bus first came to its outskirts and suburban villages. As new tram and trolleybus lines were built, bus routes changed repeatedly.

In 1968, motorcade No. 21 was divided into two passenger enterprises — motorcade No. 1809 (a / c No. 1809), which was located in a new garage on Novomoskovskoye Shosse, and passenger motor transport company No. 3 (PATP No. 3), which remained on Kominterna Street. The bus fleet on Novomoskovskoye Shosse began to specialize mainly in the operation of Hungarian-made buses - first Ikarus-556 and Ikarus-180 , then Ikarus-260 and Ikarus-280 . Domestic vehicles were fixed for PATP No. 3 - first ZIL-158 , and then LiAZ-677 , LAZ-695 .

By the end of the 1980s, Tula had 23 city routes with a total length of 303 km, with 206 buses. City routes were distributed among enterprises as follows.

A / c 1809 served the following routes:

  • 1 Taxi park - Burners;
  • 3 st. Metalworkers - Metallurg Stadium;
  • 4 st. Metalworkers - NGO Tulachermet;
  • 5 st. Metalworkers - Regional Hospital;
  • 12 RTI Plant - Stamp Plant (until 1988);
  • 13 Moscow Station - Novomoskovskoe highway 7km.;
  • 16 Moscow Station - Regional Hospital (since 1988);
  • 18 Bus station - Regional hospital;
  • 19 Southeast microdistrict (ul: Novomoskovskaya) - Regional hospital;
  • 20 NGO Tulachermet - Regional Hospital;
  • 22 Moscow Station - st. Ryazan;
  • 23 Stamp Factory - Regional Hospital;
  • 24 Small Potters - NGO Tulachermet.

PATP 3 served the following routes:

  • 2 Moscow Station - pos. Lichvinka;
  • 6 RTI Plant - 12th Klinskaya passage;
  • 7 Plant RTI -ul. Stem;
  • 8 st: Stvolnaya - Brewery;
  • 9 Factory RTI - pos. October (there along the street. Boldin, Pervomaiskaya. Return to Lenin Ave.);
  • 10 Moscow Station - Trading equipment factory;
  • 11 RTI Plant - pos. Oktyabrsky (there along Lenin Ave. Back to Boldin St., Pervomaiskaya);
  • 12 RTI Plant - Stamp Plant (since 1988);
  • 14 Moscow Station - pos. Mikhalkovo;
  • 15 RTI Plant - Brewery,
  • 16 Moscow Station - Regional Hospital (until 1988),
  • 21 Small Potters - Combine Factory.

The 1990s were a difficult test for the Tula bus. There were not enough spare parts, the bus life was coming to an end. The incorporation of PATP-3 and A / K-1809 negatively affected their work - bus transport was not self-sustaining, and organizations incurred losses that were not replenished by the city budget. Both enterprises were soon liquidated due to bankruptcy. A new enterprise was created - MP Goravtotrans.

In the mid 1990s - early 2000s Large lots of used buses from Germany ( Mercedes-Benz O305 and MAN ) and France ( Renault R312 , Renault SC10 ), including articulated ones, were purchased. By the mid-2000s there are no Ikarus buses left in Tula.

From 1998 to 2002, a joint Russian-Czech enterprise CJSC ChSAD-Goravtotrans Tula operated in Tula, which operated Karosa C 735 buses on several city routes. After the liquidation of the enterprise, these buses were transferred to Goravtotrans MP and were soon removed from the line [1] .

In 2004, after the liquidation of the Goravtotrans MP and the transfer of routes to the newly formed Tulapassazhirtrans LLC, new LiAZ-5256 began to arrive in Tula. The bus fleet of the new enterprise was located in Gorelki, on the territory of the former POGAT cargo convoy.

In 2006, municipal buses for which the lease was not extended were transferred to MUP Tulgorelectrotrans, which soon also began to acquire LiAZ-5256 . Imported buses began to be decommissioned, the last used bus was decommissioned in November 2010.

In 2010, all Tulapassazhirtrans bus routes were transferred to Tulaavtotrans. Since January 1, 2011, routes 10, 20, 36a and 44 have received the status of suburban and a new numbering. At the end of 2011, routes 9, 14, 29 and 29T were canceled, all city routes were transferred to Tulgorelectrotrans MUE.

In May 2013, the first 6 new NefAZ-5299 buses with methane engines arrived. In February 2014, another 10 such buses arrived, but in a restyled version; in a subsequent batch of such buses also arrived in March 2014 (10 cars), in April 2014 (29 cars), May 2014 (1 car) and December 2014 (30 cars).

Starting July 1, 2013, route No. 27A was introduced, and soon route No. 3 (for the period of repair of the bridge on the Kaluga Highway). From October 1, 2013 routes No. 13, 16, 18, 25 were changed and No. 37 closed.

In early December 2013, MUP Tulgorelectrotrans received 24 new low-floor buses PAZ-3237 with a capacity of 55 people. At the beginning of 2014, another 25 buses of this model are expected to arrive [2] . In total, in 2014 it is planned to purchase 100 new buses [3] .

From January 1, 2014 routes No. 13, 16, 18, 25, 27A, 38 were changed. From January 1, 2015 routes No. 16, 21, 36 were extended, No. 11 was changed (in April the route returned to the old highway), No. 4 was canceled, and No. 148 received No. 44. Also, from January 1, 2015 night flights were organized along routes No. 16 and 18, which turned out to be unprofitable and were canceled in January 2016.

In April 2015, due to financial problems, the production of buses per line was reduced.

On January 1, 2016, another reform took place, during which 5 new routes appeared, and some of the existing ones changed.

August 19, 2016 from Moscow arrived 20 buses Volzhanin CityRitm 12 2010 release, which were donated by the Moscow administration.
