Halvdan the Generous for Gold and Stingy for Food ( dr. Scand. Hálfdan hinn mildi ok hinn matarilli ) is a semi-legendary king from the Inling dynasty, who ruled Westfold and Raumariki , who was inherited from his father by Eustain Thunder . He received the corresponding nickname, because, according to legend, his people received as many gold coins as people of other kings - silver, but could not feed them enough.
