Located in Tokyo , in the Shibuya area. Founded on June 12, 1991 , as a joint venture of Sanritsu Denki Co., Ltd. and Sega Enterprises, Ltd. . The first 50 employees were transferred from Sanritsu Denki Co., Ltd .. On June 25, 2004, the company became independent. [1] President of the company for 2010 is Noboru Masida.
