History
Since November 1924 - as part of the Turilovsky Village Council . According to the 1926 All-Union Population Census - in the Donetsk district of the Malchev-Polnensky district of the North Caucasus region of the RSFSR ; 12 yards, population - 60 people (31 men and 29 women); 90% - Ukrainians , 10% Romanians . The inhabitants of the farm belonged to the parish of Turilovskaya church in the village. Turilovka .

Attractions
The territory of the Rostov region was inhabited in the Neolithic era. People living in ancient parking lots and settlements by the rivers were mainly engaged in gathering and fishing [3] . The steppe for pastoralists of all time has been a vast pasture for livestock. From those times there were burial mounds with burials of residents of these places. Mounds and mound groups are under state protection. Near the Yamovka farm there are several groups of barrows:
- Kurganichny Kurgan group of three barrows. Located at a distance of about 5.5 km southwest of the Yamovka farm.
- Kurgan group "Yamovka I" of three barrows. Located at a distance of about 600 meters east of the Yamovka farm.
- Kurgan group "Yamovka II" (2 barrows). It is located at a distance of about 1.2 km northeast of the Yamovka farm.
- Kurgan group "Yamovka III" (2 barrows). Located at a distance of about 2.2 km northwest of the Yamovka farm [4] .
