The administrative center of the parish is Jõhvi , which is also the capital of the Ida-Virumaa county . On the territory of the parish there is a settlement Tammiku and 11 villages: Edise, Jõhvi, Kahula, Kose, Kotinuka, Lynn, Pajaluse, Pargitaguse, Pauliku, Puru and Sompa.
