Biography
She was born on December 23, 1911 in the village of Kruty, now Puchezhsky district, Ivanovo region, in a peasant family. Russian
In 1930 she entered the agricultural farm (later - the collective farm “Freedom”) of the Puchezhsky district. The agricultural enterprise had a seed-growing direction and specialized in the production of flax, which was the most labor-intensive crop.
In 1948, Aleshina’s link collected almost a ton of fiber per hectare. Having initiated the competition for the increase in flax production - up to 1 ton per 1 ha - Aleshina achieved the highest yield in the region. In 1949, the link achieved a high yield of flax - 7.1 centners and 7.6 centners of seed on an area of 2 hectares.
Later she worked on the collective farm, which after the next merger received the name “Victory” for 20 years.
In 1949 , 1951 , 1955 , 1959 [1] , she was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR.
She lived in the village of Palashino. Died January 29, 1963 . Buried at the city cemetery of Puchezh . [2]
Memory
In 1973, the Bureau of the CPSU Regional Committee, the Regional Executive Committee, the Presidium of the Regional Security Council and the Regional Committee of the Komsomol Committee established prizes named after notable agricultural workers of the region. For high yields of flax was awarded the prize named after A. Aleshina.
Awards
- By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated June 9, 1950, Anna Dmitrievna Aleshina was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle gold medal.
- She was awarded the Order of Lenin ( 1950 ), the Labor Red Banner ( 1948 ), and medals.
