Nizky - the island of the archipelago Severnaya Zemlya . Administratively it refers to the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenetsky District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .

Located in the eastern part of the archipelago in the north-eastern part of the Akhmatova Bay at a distance of about 400 meters from the coast of the Bolshevik Island , east of Cape Dalny . North of the Low are two other islands of Northern Earth: the South - 500 meters and Ostry - 1.3 kilometers.
It has an oval, slightly elongated shape from south to north, not more than 300 meters long. There are no significant elevations on the island.
