Ostry - island of the Severnaya Zemlya archipelago. Administratively refers to the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .

It is located in the eastern part of the archipelago in the northeastern part of Akhmatova Bay at a distance of about a kilometer from the coast of the Bolshevik Island , north of Cape Dalniy . Around Ostrogo lie other islands of the archipelago: the South - 700 meters to the north and Low - 1.3 kilometers to the southeast.
It has a slightly elongated shape from south to north with a length of not more than 300 meters. There are no significant hills on the island.
