History
In 1763, the foreman Andrei Dyachkin owned the Ternov farm. At that time, there were 95 male residents. By the 1820s, the population of the farm increased and amounted to 525 people (261 men and 264 women). On the farm there were 70 yards. In documents that speak of the farm and its owner as of 1797, Andrei Dyachkin is already designated as a hereditary nobleman who began and completed the construction of the Church of the Nativity of Christ. Dyachkin was married to Feodosia Avraamovna - the sister of Ivan Avraamovich Miller, the founder of Millerovo Station . The couple lived in their estate, which was located near the settlement of Ternova. After death, Dyachkin left his estate to his wife, who ruled him. Ivan Miller lived from 1810 to 1820 on the estate. It is known that in 1824, the grandson of Ivan Miller was baptized in the Church of the Nativity of Christ. In the 1850s, the owners of the settlement were Ilovaysky [1] .
