Being a representative of one of the countries of the Big Four, Lena automatically ended up in the final of the competition, which was held on May 29, 2010 , where, according to the draw, the representative of Germany performed under the 22nd serial number out of 25 possible. - A week after winning the national selection, the video with the song “ Satellite ” was viewed on the popular YouTube video hosting site more than 2.5 million times (by the first semi-final - already 9.7 million), thereby overtaking many participants and winners of the competition long before the competition itself previous years. Three songs by Lena Mayer-Landrut took first three places on the German iTunes Store.
