12 participants from 7 countries - Austria, England, Germany, Norway, France, Czechoslovakia, Sweden, as well as a representative of Scotland. The tournament ended with a convincing victory for V. Menchik - 10½ points (without defeat), who became the first world champion in chess history. One and a half points behind the winner K. Beskov . 3rd place went to P. Wolf-Kalmar - 7 points.
