Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan

17) determining the time of the beginning and end of the school year in educational organizations, regardless of the form of ownership and departmental subordination;

18) providing textbooks and teaching materials for republican organizations of secondary education, as well as compatriots studying in foreign schools in accordance with international agreements;

19) approval of the forms of the standard contract for the provision of educational services and the standard contract for the conduct of professional practice;

20) management and coordination of educational and methodical work;

21) approval of the rules for the organization and implementation of educational and methodical work;

22) approval of the rules for the organization of the educational process on the credit technology of education and distance education technologies;

23) approval of the rules of the organization of work on the preparation, examination and publication of textbooks, teaching materials and teaching materials;

24) the organization of extracurricular activities of national importance;

38) development and approval of the procedure for confirming the level of professional readiness and the awarding of qualifications by professions (specialties) of technical and service labor;

39) the organization of the order of forms of documents of the state sample on education and (or) qualifications and the provision by them of educational organizations implementing vocational curricula for higher and postgraduate education, subordinate educational organizations;

40) development and approval of forms of strict accountability documents used by educational organizations in educational activities, determination of requirements for the preparation of documents on education, approval of a form of certificate issued to persons who have not completed education;

41) the establishment of lists of professions and specialties, the receipt of which in correspondence, evening forms and in the form of external students is not allowed and the issuance of permits for training in the form of external students in educational institutions that give higher education;

42) approval of rules for the transfer and recovery of students according to the types of educational organizations;

43) approval of the procedure for granting academic leave to students in educational institutions;

44) implementation of information support of the education management system;

45) approval of the rules of organization and functioning of the unified information system of education;

46) making proposals on the creation, reorganization and liquidation of state organizations in the field of fundamental and applied scientific research;

96) ensuring the allocation of quotas for admission to educational organizations that implement vocational curricula for technical and vocational, post-secondary and higher education for oralmans and their families in the amount determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

97) the development and introduction into practice of educational organizations of programs and techniques aimed at shaping the law-abiding behavior of minors, instilling in them the fundamentals of morality and a healthy lifestyle;

98) approval of the regulations on special educational organizations;

99) approval of the provision on educational organizations with a special regime of maintenance.
