Gornadsky depression [1] ( Slovak. Hornádská kotlina ) is an intermountain depression in eastern Slovakia , part of the Fatransko-Tatran region. The Gornad depression lies in the Gornad basin. It is densely covered with coniferous forests, mainly spruce , less often pine . There are several reserves in the basin, the largest of which is Drevenik .
