Name Origin
The passage was named in 1997 in connection with the adjoining Klinskaya street [2] .
Description
Until 1997, on the site of Klinsky passage there were garages and a hockey court. In 1997, it was decided to build a passage that would connect Klinskaya and Zelenogradskaya streets. The garages and the site were demolished and construction began. Soon the passage was ready, but the through traffic on it was closed (several concrete blocks across the road), and it was used as parking for cars by residents of nearby houses. In January 2010, a traffic light was installed and connected at the intersection of the passage with Klinskaya street, the blocks were removed and traffic began [3] .
Klinsky passage starts between houses No. 2 vl.2 and 4 on Klinskaya street and ends between houses No. 15 and 17 on Zelenogradskaya street. Throughout its passage, the passage has four lanes (two in each direction) of automobile traffic, both sides of the passage are equipped with pedestrian sidewalks. At Klinsky passage there is one traffic light and two unregulated pedestrian crossings. Khovrinskaya Hospital occupies one side of the passage, the other is built up with residential buildings, but all of them have addresses along Klinskaya or Zelenogradskaya streets.
Transport
- Rechnoy Vokzal metro station - 2,600 meters from the start of the journey.
