The monument to the Petersburg photographer is a bronze monument on Malaya Sadovaya Street in the center of St. Petersburg , established on January 25, 2001 [1] by the project of L. V. Domrachev and B. A. Petrov. It is a 2.5-meter figure of the photographer who is preparing for shooting. The photographer holds an open umbrella, and an English bulldog hid under a tripod on which a camera is mounted.

The place for an elegant sculpture was not chosen by chance, it was on Malaya Sadovaya, in the house number 3, from the beginning of the 20th century and until the 1930s there was a photo shop of the famous dynasty of photomasters Bulla . Their works have perpetuated famous politicians, scientists and artists, the most important events of Russian history , masterpieces of Petersburg architecture (many of which have already been lost and live only on these photos).
