Vinogradovsky Village Council ( Ukrainian: Vinogradivska Sylska Rada ) - an administrative-territorial unit in the Saki region of the Crimea of Ukraine (actually until 2014); earlier until 1991 - as part of the Crimean region of the Ukrainian SSR in the USSR , until 1954 - as part of the Crimean region of the RSFSR in the USSR , until 1945 - as part of the Crimean ASSR of the RSFSR in the USSR .
