New Common Stamp

"The New General Herbarium, published by the Russian Noble Assembly since 1992" (NOG) - the coat of arms of the Department of the Heraldry of the Russian Noble Assembly (RDS), published in 1993 .

It was supposed that he would be the “successor and modern continuation of the Common Stamp ”, however, coats of arms of both hereditary noblemen and descendants of hereditary noblemen along the female line and even descendants of personal noblemen were introduced into it.

Coats of arms approved for the members of the RDS by the Council of the RDS were introduced into the NOG. In 1993, two issues were issued (in the first - 14 emblems approved on November 19, 1992 , in the second - 16 emblems approved on May 14, 1993 ) of the first part of the NOG, including 30 emblems (in the outline image with a description) of 31 genera, in the form special tabs in the newspaper "Heraldic Vedomosti" - the official body of the Department of the Heraldry of the RDS. In her rescript on June 21, 1993, M.V. Romanova , who calls herself the Grand Duchess and the head of the Russian Imperial House, indicated that the coats of arms developed in the Department of the RDS Heraldry should be approved only by hereditary nobles and only the head of the Russian Imperial House. The same applied to the emblems included in the NOG. After that, the publication of the NOG was discontinued. His successor was the Collection of book stamps of members of the Russian Noble Assembly, published by the Stamp branch of the Department of Heroldia since 1993 .
