Located on Heroes Street Monte Cassino ( Polish: Bohaterów Monte Cassino ), 53.
Built in 2004 according to the project of architects Shotinsky and Zalevsky. The style chosen for the construction is based on an optical illusion .
The architects were inspired by the drawings by the artists Jan Marcin Schantzer and Pera Oscar Dalberg .
The useful area of the building is about 4000 m². The facility is part of the Resident shopping center. On the ground floor there are retail premises, a restaurant and a slot machine salon. On the second floor are the studios Radio RMF FM and Radio RMF MAXXX.
