The flag was originally approved by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Nakhabino city settlement of March 20, 2007 No. 18 [2] , which was not published and, therefore, did not enter into force.
July 15, 2008, by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Nakhabino city settlement No. 44 / 1-9 [3] , this flag was approved as an official symbol of the Nakhabino city settlement.
The flag of the Nakhabino urban settlement is based on the coat of arms of the Nakhabino urban settlement, according to the rules and relevant traditions of vexillology and reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
Description
"A rectangular, double-sided panel of blue color with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, carrying a silver rocket displaced to the right, emerging from a red concave strip."
Justification of Symbols
The composition of the flag of the urban settlement of Nakhabino reflects its eventful history and life of wonderful people whose deeds and actions have gained recognition in the country and far beyond its borders. Allegorically, this is reflected in the red flag. The red color of the flag, the scarlet flame, also indicates that the urban settlement of Nakhabino is part of the Krasnogorsk municipal district.
Red color is a symbol of labor, life-affirming power, courage, holiday, beauty.
The first mention of the village of Nakhabino dates back to 1482, when the boyar Pleshcheyev , who was in military service with the Moscow prince, made a will, according to which he passed the village to the Trinity-Sergius Monastery. Blue is the divine color. In addition, the azure part of the flag reinforces the symbolism and shows the nature surrounding Nakhabino: the rivers Nakhabinka , Gryazeva, the park and the pond, which have been preserved and are one of the favorite vacation spots of the inhabitants of Nakhabino.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of truth, honor, virtue, glory, fidelity, sincerity.
Nakhabino gained special fame in 1933 after launching from its engineering training ground, established in 1919, the first rockets that informed all of humanity about the possibilities of a real breakthrough into the depths of space and space exploration. Rockets were created and launched by scientists S.P. Korolev , M.K. Tikhonravov and F.A. Zander . In the development and testing of many new engineering tools and weapons, the Lieutenant General of Engineering Troops, Professor, Doctor of Military Sciences, Hero of the Soviet Union D.M. Karbyshev took an active part. Remaining faithful to the military oath and the homeland, he heroically died in February 1945 in the Nazi death camp Dachau . These pages of the history of Nakhabin are allegorically transmitted by a silver rocket.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of perfection, nobility, purity, faith, peace and mutual cooperation.
