Sergey Aleksandrovich Konyushok (born November 17, 1983 in Kiev, Ukraine ) is a Ukrainian athlete and TV presenter, president of the Strongman Federation of Ukraine.

Biography
Sergey Konyushok was born in Kiev (Ukraine) on November 17, 1983. He was always fond of sports, as a child he visited sections of karate, swimming, tourism, hammer throwing and freestyle wrestling. 1997 became interested in "iron" sports and began training activities in power types. From 1999-2001 he participated in many city and national powerlifting competitions. The love of hardware influenced the choice of education - in 2001 Konyushok entered the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine with a degree in power sports, which he graduated with honors. In 2006 he graduated from the magistracy of the same university with a degree in Sport Physiology (red diploma). During his studies at the university, he twice became a rector’s scholarship and was awarded the prize of the chairman of the Kiev city council "For a special contribution to the development of science." Today, in addition to his professional sports career, Sergey Konyushok coaches many stars of Ukrainian show business, as well as engaged in television activities and scientific work. In 2006-2010, he was an applicant for the degree “PhD in Physical Education and Sport” (the topic of the dissertation was “The influence of adaptogens on the indicators of athletic fitness in weightlifters”). Sergey is the head and co-owner of the network of fitness clubs “Olympus” (Lviv) (http://olimp-strong.com.ua/kolektyv-2/). He is an active social activist.
Sports career. Powerlifting
Sergey Konyushok made his debut in the open championship of Kiev in powerlifting in December 1999, where he took fifth place in the weight category “under 82 kg”. In October 2000, he became the bronze medalist of the Ukrainian youth championship, and in 2001 became a member of the Ukrainian junior powerlifting team; 2 years later, Sergey Konyushok fulfilled the “master of sports” standard and at the same time began training in a new sport for himself - power extreme sports (Strongman program). In 2005, the athlete won the Ukrainian Powerlifting Cup. He is also a repeated winner of the championships of Ukraine. During powerlifting classes, Konyushok set the Ukraine record among juniors in deadlift.
Sports career. Strongman
Since 2003, Sergey Konyushok has been participating in power extreme competitions (Strongman). In 2007, Sergey Konyushok set the world record for strongman in the exercise of log-lift. In 2009, Sergey Konyushok sets the world record for strongman in the exercise “Farmer's Walk” and wins the prestigious international tournament World Record Brakers. Since 2009, Sergey Konyushok has been collaborating with Herbalife [1] . Also, in 2010, he became the vice-champion of the tournament “The Strongest Man of Ukraine”. In 2009-2010, with the support of Herbalife, 4 power shows with the participation of Konyushka were organized in Kiev and Odessa, in the framework of which the athlete set several records included in the Ukrainian Book of Records [2] . In 2015, he won the bronze medal at the doubles European Strongman Championship, which was held on September 26, 2015 in Madrid, as part of the Arnold Classic. [11] . In 2016, Sergey set a new national record - he moved 12 jeeps one meter from the spot. The athlete said that the weight of the jeeps was 28 tons plus a sawmill, as well as drivers and passengers of the car. The total weight of the chain was 33 tons 233 kilograms [5] [12] .

Sergey Konyushok took part in 4 television projects “Games of Patriots”. He was the host of the morning fitness show “Fitness with the Stable” on the INTER channel (Ukraine). Since February 2010, she has been the host of the “Create Yourself” fitness program (Create Yourself) , which is broadcast on the Ukrainian TV channel Era. He is the general producer of the sports television show “Boaters Strongman Show”, which has been broadcasting since 2013 on Ukrainian TV channels.
